Yes. Our wallpapers are printed with eco-friendly, low-VOC, non-toxic inks, making them safe for children’s rooms, dining spaces, and everyday living areas.

We only recommend installation service providers in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Ensure walls are smooth, clean, dry, and free from dust or flaking paint. Newly plastered walls must be sealed and completely dry before installation.

They can be used in low-moisture areas (like a powder room) but are not suitable for direct contact with water, high steam, or heat sources. For high-moisture areas, we recommend a protective coating or using tiles/glass near splash zones.

These wallpapers can be gently cleaned with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or excessive moisture, as it may damage the wallpaper. Avoid sharp materials, peeling with nails, pens, markers and please avoid installing on seepage prone walls.

Our wallpapers are printed with fade-resistant inks to ensure longevity. While they will stay vibrant for years under normal indoor lighting, however prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause gradual fading over years.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our wallpapers, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival. Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 48 hours if there’s an issue.

We take great care in crafting and packaging our ceramic tableware, but if your order arrives damaged we’re here to help. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the damaged and the packaging. We will offer a replacement or store credit based on the issue and availability.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for ceramic products due to their fragile nature and the challenges of reverse logistics. We also do not process returns for reasons of change of heart.

Yes, all Minimal Indian tableware is food-safe. Each piece is crafted using high-quality materials and finishes that meet food safety standards, and we use no harmful chemicals on the products. This ensures that our tableware is safe for everyday use while maintaining the highest quality and aesthetic appeal.

All our tableware is safe to use in the dishwasher. Although we suggest handwash with mild soap and water to prolong the life and appearance. Avoid using abrasive scrubbers. Do not leave on used pieces for too long to avoid staining.

Our ceramic tableware items are microwave & dishwasher safe. Although please avoid extreme temperature fluctuations.

We specialize in inglaze printing, which ensures that our designs stay vibrant and won’t fade, even with regular use. This method guarantees long-lasting beauty and durability.

We offer customization for bulk orders that align with our brand aesthetic and design sensibility — ideal for special occasions, corporate gifting and hospitality. However, we do not offer single-piece or one-off customizations, as our process is rooted in handcrafted, small-batch production. We primarily use natural fibres such as cotton, linen, and blends that balance beauty with durability. Specialty weaves and textures are introduced based on design requirements.

Yes. We offer colour and motif customisation for select designs, subject to minimum quantities and additional lead time. Customisation charges apply.

Our colours are formulated for durability on natural fibres and, with proper care, should stay vibrant for years. That said, all dyed textiles will slowly soften with repeated washing, abrasion, and UV exposure—especially darker, highly saturated shades.
