- In the event of a Return to Origin (RTO) or a re-delivery attempt, the customer will be charged for any additional shipping charges incurred.

- For Domestic orders, free shipping for orders above INR 1000.
- For international order Shipping charges , Duties & Taxes are to be borne by the customers.
- Shipping charges may vary based on the product, its size and volume, and the final shipping destination.
- In the event of a Return to Origin (RTO) or a re-delivery attempt, the customer will be charged for any additional shipping charges incurred.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Ceramic Products

Due to fragile nature of ceramics, as a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

In case of any damage in transit, you need to notify us with an email within 24 hours of order delivery with proper images of damaged box and damaged products and we will replace your order. Contact - minimalindianhome@gmail.com
- Before accepting the shipments from the delivery personnel, please check that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with.
- Any complaints that is reported after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- International orders are not eligible for refund or replacements.
- Products purchased during sale period or at discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- Please note that all gifts purchased through our online store are not eligible for exchanges, refunds, or returns.
Home Linens :
- We accept returns only incase of wrong product delivery or if the products delivered are damaged.
- You need to notify us with an email within 48 hours of order delivery explaining the reason for return along with relevant images of wrong or damaged products.
- Any complaints that is reported after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days.
- In the case of an exchange, the customer will be charged for any additional shipping charges, including those for the return and resending of the item.
- Please ensure that the product you return is unused and the original tags are intact.
- Refunds are given only for fulfilment errors (incorrectly shipped or missing items). Return/exchange requests are accepted once.
- Products purchased during sale period or at discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- Please note that all gifts purchased through our online store are not eligible for exchanges, refunds, or returns.

Wallpaper & Wall Arts :
No Returns are accepted in case of Wallpapers and Wall Arts.
Only incase of wrong product delivery or if the products delivered are damaged, we will issue a store credit.
The credit must be redeemed within 2 months (60 days) from the date of issuance.
You need to notify us with an email within 48 hours of order delivery explaining the reason for return along with relevant images of wrong or damaged products.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped from our warehouse, a cancellation fee of Rs. 300 or the payment gateway charges, whichever is higher, will be applied.
- If the item has been shipped, the order can not be cancelled.
